The crew's view of Carver, on a phone. It shows today's jobs and the detail needed on site, and leaves out prices, the company's revenue and the controls only managers need. Crew members use Carver in their phone's browser and can add it to their home screen, so there is nothing to download from an app store.
What am I doing today
A crew member opens the app to see what is on today, and the dashboard shows that first.
Sign in → today → the week
Two jobs today with their times and who else is on each, then the week ahead. The owner's dashboard leads with revenue. A crew member sees counts of today's jobs, upcoming jobs and the team instead, and no prices: what a job is worth stays with the managers.Crew view
The same calendar the manager schedules in, laid out for a small screen. A crew member can read it and open any job, but cannot schedule, re-price or move jobs.
On site
Tapping a job opens what the crew needs on site. Where, when, who, and anything the customer said that changes how the day goes.
Tap the job → the detail → mark it complete
Address, time window, the crew assigned, and the note from the owner. The garage is already packed, the piano goes last, and it is going to storage rather than the house. When the work is done, Mark complete closes it out.
Marking the job complete here is what emails the customer their rating and payment link, so the crew closing out on site is what starts the company getting paid. Crew can only complete the jobs they are on, and the final amount stays with a manager.
